Hi! I'm Cynthia, a whole health & lifestyle coach happily helping motivated people all over the world create their own unique healthy, vibrant lifestyle they LOVE.


After being told by a doctor that she couldn't help me I dove into all things health and wellness and was able to drastically change my health for the better.  Along the way becoming a reiki & reflexology practitioner, holistic nutritionist, coach and author. 

I’m a big believer that the little things you do every day is your hidden superpower to be healthy and happy and that you don’t have to do sit ups to be healthy (well, unless you really want to).
