I work with clients in a variety of ways. I have certain programs like the 12-week Ditch the Diet | Master Your Lifestyle or the Health Kick Start.
I also work on an as-needed appointment basis if you want to work on something specific.
I generally see clients over Zoom which saves you the travel time. You are able to attend your appointment from wherever you are….home, office or cottage.
When you make an appointment the details on how to attend will be sent to you. You will need a camera on your computer as I don’t do strictly “phone” appointments. I need/want to see you.
If you are local to Burlington, Ontario I do in-person appointments at Balance Integrative Health.

This is a 12-week program that focuses on all aspects of your health including Mindset, Physical and Self-Care.
It includes 10 one on one sessions with me 2 videos (send on specific weeks), and email access to me throughout the program.
The Healthy Kick-Start is a way to get a jump start on your health and wellness.
It takes away the confusion of where to start with your health goals whatever they may be (losing weight, having more energy) or any specific challenges you’re having including mindset and self-care.
After the Healthy Kick-Start, you’ll get easy steps tailored specifically for you to get on a path to feeling more energetic and healthy.
Your Action Plan will be unique based on your questionnaire responses and our 60-minute session. It will include all aspects of your health including Mindest, Physical and Self-Care suggestions.
